Some tutorials require transactions to be created. To allow for this:

When registering your app on Quant Connect and selecting testnet signing, you will have your wallet funded for either or both testnet networks

But note that Quant only provides a small amount of testnet funds, and Quant only does this once, on registration of your app.

To get more funds, you will need to use a faucet, as described here.
